Virginia Ysbrand, 87, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Coastal Manor.
Virginia lived most of her life in Hinesville. She enjoyed caring for children and had a daycare for many years. In her spare time, she loved playing BINGO. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and she will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Ysbrand; and son, Mike Ysbrand.
Virginia is survived by two sons, Patrick Ysbrand of Long County and Timothy Ysbrand (Marion) of Walthourville; twelve grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Annette Ray and Clara Waters both of Glennville; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Burial will immediately follow in Oglethorpe Memorial Park Cemetery.
