Ronald "Hotrod" Lairamore Jr.

Ronald Odell Lairamore Jr., affectionately known as "Hotrod," passed away on March 8, 2025, at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. Born on December 28, 1966, Ronald lived a life filled with passion, love for family, and a deep appreciation for the simplicity of joyful moments.

A proud graduate of Fulda American High School in Fulda, Germany, Ronald was known for his unwavering spirit and zest for life. He had an innate appreciation for music, was an avid fisherman, and carried a lifelong love of baseball. However, his proudest accomplishments were his grandchildren, Ariah, Alasia, Aliyah, Azaya and Harper, who brought immense joy and fulfillment to his life.

On February 14, 1987, Ronald married his beloved wife, Mary Beth Lairamore. Together, they built a loving family that now includes their daughter Holly Lairamore, son Bradley (Amber) Lairamore, and son Joshua (Bailey) Lairamore. Ronald cherished his role as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and his legacy will live on through the love he shared with his family.

Ronald is survived by his wife Mary Beth, their children Holly Lairamore, son Bradley (Amber) Lairamore, and son Joshua (Bailey) Lairamore , and his cherished grandchildren Ariah, Alasia, Aliyah, Azaya and Harper . He is also remembered by his two brothers, Bryon (Sherry) Lairamore and Kyle (Suzanne) Lairamore; his five nephews; and two nieces, all of whom will miss his lively spirit and warmth.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ron and Gloria Lairamore, and his sister, Bianca Fox. The love they shared with him will be forever honored and cherished.

Family will receive friends on Saturday March 15th, 2025 at 1 p.m. at the chapel of Carter Funeral Home.

Memorial Service will follow on Saturday March 15th, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Carter Funeral Home.
