Melva Doris Phillips, 91, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021.
She was born on July 20, 1929 and lived in Hinesville all her life. She was a devoted member of the First United Methodist Church in Hinesville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A. L. Phillips; parents, Alton and Annie Dasher; and siblings, Ella Ruth Dasher, Estelle Dasher, Harold Worth Dasher, Robert Herman Dasher, Alton Thomas Dasher, Mary Dasher McDaniel, Frances Louise Dean, Herschel Elvis Dasher, John Lester Dasher, and Helen Inez Croft.
She is survived by her brother, Vondene Dasher of Lugoff, SC; and sister, Barbara Nichols of Lawrenceville, GA.
Services for Doris will be private.
