On this day, February 14, 2023, our Heavenly Father saw fit to call home one of his most cherished and beloved children Keith Alexander Wriston. Keith was born September 3, 1985, in Minneapolis, MN. Keith was a graduate of Aberdeen High School, Aberdeen, MD. He was an avid lover of the art of music and enjoyed it like no other and poured his entire heart and soul into his craft.
As Keith began his adult life he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) and for the last 15 years remained resolve and firm in his faith and love of God during his battle. Keith’s tremendous soul and loving spirit permeated through the many lives he encountered and came to know. Continuously making others smile and laugh is what made his heart fill with joy, and if you were one of the many to receive his advice and kind words you more than likely took the imparted wisdom to heart and will hold it with you always. In addition to his love of music, Keith loved to help others. Please honor his memories by singing, dancing, and making a joyful noise that reaches the Kingdom of our Father and lend an ear or shoulder to cry on for your fellow person and feel the warmth of the smiles emanating from the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and Keith Alexander Wriston. We will all miss you, dearly.
He leaves to cherish in his memory: Mother, Dr. Dorothy M. Thomas; Brother, Mario D. Wriston; Grandmother; Aunts, Rhonda R. Jackson, and Debra A. Taylor and 7 more; an uncle; cousins, Eckner Joseph Jr. and host of others; and his most trusted and closest friend, Theo Greenwood.
Our family would like to express special thanks to Ms. Lucille Jackson of Detroit, MI, and the family and friends for their thoughtful prayers and support. The James H. Cole Funeral Home of Detroit, MI and Carter Funeral Home of Hinesville, GA.
Keith's family will receive friends from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Carter Funeral Home.
