Karen Denise Cannon Allen, 64, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021 surrounded by loved ones after a brief illness.
Karen lived in Richmond Hill, GA for the past nineteen years. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an avid Reba McEntire fan.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Cannon Sr., brother, Clyde Cannon Jr., and son, William Allen, III.
She is survived by her husband of forty-seven years, William Louis Allen. Jr.; one son, Christopher Michael Allen and wife Marissa Allen of Yulee, FL; mother, Evelyn Cannon of DeKalb, TX; two sisters, Claudette Feagin and husband Danny Feagin of Dekalb, TX, and Cheryl Hardy and husband Donnie Hardy of Opelika, AL; one brother, George Cannon of Alabama, three grandchildren, Lena Allen of Athens, GA, Joshua Allen and William Allen, IV of Richmond Hill, GA; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Allen of Richmond Hill, GA; caregiver/sister-in-law, Lori Allen and husband Roy Hay of Brunswick, GA; and several other family members.
Memorial services will be private.
