Julie Ann Head, 64, passed away on Sunday. July 11, 2021 at PruittHealth Seaside in Port Wentworth.
Julie lived most of her life in Leesburg, GA. She was a graduate of Appling County High School in Baxley, GA. She was a caregiver to many handicapped children at the Georgia Baptist Home, and a nurse at the VA Hospital in Albany, GA. In her spare time, Julie enjoyed watching the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves, and Atlanta Falcons.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Head; mother, Jewel Hick; and brother, Marty Head.
She is survived by two brothers, Roy Head (Mary) and Charles Head (Joni); half-brother, David Head; half-sister, Sonya Head; one niece; one nephew; and several cousins.
