Christopher Lee Hollingsworth, 51, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
He enjoyed traveling all over the country with his girlfriend, Julie, visiting baseball parks, museums, and many other places of interest. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed following the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Stars, attending many games and watching on television.
He was also a very talented musician that could play music by ear and often played his guitar for others. He believed in lifelong learning, earning an Associates in Science Degree in 2020 and was working towards a degree in Computer Science at the time of his passing.
Christopher is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Julie Prange of Savannah, GA; daughter, Kayla Wren Hollingsworth of South Boston, VA; father, Randall Hollingsworth of Irving, TX; close, special friends, Terry Prater of St. Petersburg, FL, Michael Parker of Midland, TX, John Teague of Fort Worth, TX, and Sue Alexander of Alvarado, TX; sister, Valerie Ebensberger of Texas; amongst many other friends and family.
An informal memorial will be held at noon on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Towne Lake Park, 800 Esters Road, Irving, TX 75061. All are welcome.
