Barbara E. Quinn, 86, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
Barbara was born on November 25, 1935 in Rocksdale, West VA. She graduated from Spencer High School in 1954. She was very active in the ABWA – American Business Women’s Association and a faithful member of Allenhurst Presbyterian Church. She loved all animals, especially dogs and cats. She was an avid reader and also enjoyed painting and drawing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Glade Starcher; and two sisters, Mamie Lou Shouldis and Marial Lee Newhart.
Barbara is survived by her son, Gregory R. Quinn (Helen) of Tyrone, PA and daughter, Tammie E. Garletts (Frank) of Flora, MS; and five grandchildren, Austin Quinn of Tyrone, PA, Julia R. Garletts, Frances E. Garletts both of Flora, MS, Michael A. Garletts (Anna), and Amy K. Temple (Andrew) both of Madison, MS.
There will be a private family graveside service.
