Christopher Jason Flournoy, 38, died Thursday, February 23, 2012 at his residence. Native of Wayne County and lived in Ludowici most of his life. Jason lived in Hinesville for 3 years and was a member of Liberty County Chamber of Commerce. His mother Linda Wade Flournoy preceded him in death. Survivors are wife; Jennifer L. Flournoy of Hinesville; 4 children; Joshua Tyre of Jesup, LeAnne Tyre of Jesup, Chandler Zabel of Hinesville, and Addisyn Zabel of Hinesville; 1 grandson Jameson Flournoy of Jesup; Father Jimmy and (Kim) Flournoy of Jesup; 1 Brother; Tracy Flournoy of Wayne County; Half Brother; Caleb Flournoy of Wayne County; Half Sister; Angel Flournoy of Jesup; Paternal Grandmother; Alma D. Flournoy of Ludowici; Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Funeral is 4:00p.m. Monday, February 27, 2012 at Jones Creek Baptist Church in Ludowici, Ga. with Rev. George Moxley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin one hour prior to services. Family requests Remembrance Memorial Funds in care of Christopher Jason Flournoy be made at any branch of Heritage Bank of Hinesville.
