Allenhurst Donald W. Reed, 73, died Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Liberty Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was born and raised in New Cumberland, WV and had lived in Georgia the past 15 years. He was a member of the New Manchester Christian Church in WV. Preceded in death by his Mother and Father Charles Parker (Pete) and Alice Jane (Bessie) Reed; 2 Brothers; James Parker Reed and Robert Eugene Reed. Survived by his wife of 50 years Charlotte Reed; Children James Robert Reed and wife Cynthia of Madison, Ga and Lorie Lee Barton of White Pine, TN; Beloved Granddaughter Desiree Thomas; Grandson Joey Barton; 2 Great Grandchildren Jillian Thomas and Julius Thomas; Sister Shirley Wycoff of Hopedale, OH.
