Hubert Lauvon Gnann

Mr. Hubert Lauvon Gnann - SAVANNAH - Lauvon Gnann died Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Hospice House in Savannah. Lauvon was born in Effingham County in 1936. He lived in Macon for a number of years where he worked as an accountant and Secretary/Treasurer for Corbin Supply. He later worked as an accountant for the Sea Island Corporation in St. Simon's. After his time in St. Simon's, Lauvon returned to care for his mother in Clyo. He then returned to Savannah where he worked for Rick's Glass Company and Senior Citizens, Inc. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Elliot and Loree Morgan Gnann and two brothers, Elliott Havaland Gnann and Johnny Bert Gnann, Sr. He is survived by a sister, Dianne Perry (Charles) of Savannah; two nephews, Johnny Bert Gnann, Jr., (Dana) and Rock Johnson (Denise) both of Springfield; two nieces, Simona Lee Perry (Ernesto Brown) of Savannah and Suzanne Miller (Staff Sgt. John) of El Paso, Texas; three grandnephews, Jay Gnann, III, Paul Johnson, Jareth Miller; three grandnieces, Allison Gnann, Stephanie Jackson (Jay), Maggie Miller, a great grandniece, Jaylyn Rae Jackson; and long-time friend and caregiver Rick Railsback.
