Ronald Howard Tippins

Hinesville Ronald Howard Tippins, 85, of Hinesville, Ga. passed away Monday, June, 25, 2013 at the Liberty County Medical Center under the care of Heartland Hospice. Before retirement, Mr. Tippins was a businessman and was active in community services. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Hinesville. Survivors are his wife, Judy Tippins; a daughter, Linda Ward (Steve) of Allenhurst; grandchildren, Hope Middleton (Harry) of Ludowici; and Dennis Ward (Janice) of Statesboro; great grandsons, Tanner Middleton, Parker and Levi Ward; sisters, Myrna Evans and Peggy Whitley of Griffin, Ga.; sister-in-law, Jeannette Tippins of Brunswick, Ga.; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flower, remembrances can be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund, 220 E. Memorial Drive, Hinesville, Ga. 31313. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Friday, June 28, 2013 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Graveside Service will be at 11:30a.m., Friday, June 28, 2013 at Hinesville Cemetery.
