Leeomie Boatwright

Leeomie "Cissie Strickland" Boatwright, 66, died August 27, 2013 at her daughter's home in Savannah under the care of Hospice Savannah. A native of Richmond Hill, she has lived in Hinesville since 1974. Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Strickland (Charles) of Savannah; a son, "Bubba" Ricky Honeycutt (Melissa) of Hinesville; two sisters, Vickie Ray of Fleming, GA and Narcy Laufman of IN; two brothers, Henry "Pete" Strickland of Richmond Hill and James "Bubba" Strickland of Fleming, GA; grandchildren, Sarah, Angela, Ryan, Luis, Doug C., Brittany, Ricky Jr.; and five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Carter Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 30, 2013 at Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnathan Ray, Joey Ray, Jarrod Henderson, Michael Secaur, Wesley Secaur and John Thrift.
