Richmond Hill Gregory P. Fahy, 62 of Richmond Hill, Georgia died suddenly on December 13, 2013 at his place of employment, Fedex Frieght of Savannah, GA. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Stephanie (Paolini) Fahy and daughter, Erika, 13, the apple of his eye, his brother, Timothy Fahy and sister-in-law, Tina of Pennsylvania, sister, Margaret Mazzucco and brother-in-law, Anthony of Malden, Massachusetts and many special family members and friends. Greg is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Ruth Fahy. Gregory was born in Cambridge, MA and lived more than half his life there before settling here in Richmond Hill, GA to raise his daughter. Greg was a consciencious road driver for Fedex Freight for almost fifteen years making some special friendships there. When not working, Greg very much enjoyed spending alot of time with his wife and daughter. He was an avid Boston Patriots fan and loved talking politics. He also loved his morning java. He was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church of Richmond Hill, GA. Greg will be greatly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the educational fund for Greg's daughter, Erika A. Fahy. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at St. Anne Catholic Church.
