Yolanda Sara Kessler

Richmond Hill Yolanda Sara Kessler, 91, died Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Bryan County Health and Rehabilitation. She was born October 7, 1922 to the late Alfonso Carano and Carmela Romano Carano in Savannah, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Samuel W. Kessler; three sisters, Lucy Carano, Connie Henry, Gloria DiNatale, and one brother, Frank Carano. Survivors include her two daughters, Kathleen Massinople (Mike) of Beckley, West Virginia and Gloria West (Russell) of Pooler, Georgia; one brother, Anthony Carano of Atlanta, GA; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A Rosary service will be held Friday evening March 14, 2014 at 6 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel in Richmond Hill. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday morning, March 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Anne Catholic Church in Richmond Hill, GA.
