A.L. Kelley

A.L. Kelley, 90, died Friday, December 26, 2014 at Coastal Manor Nursing Home in Ludowici after a long illness. He was born in Ranger, GA and lived most of his life in Richmond Hill. He retired from Seaboard Coastline Rail Road after 42 years, was saved at the age of 90 and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years Inez Kelley. Mr. Kelley is survived by his children and their spouses Barbara and Elmo Fields of Midway, Teddy and Denise Kelley of Midway, Sue and Stephen Williamson of Jesup and Lynn and Pam Kelley of Richmond Hill; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West.
