Charles Patrick "Pat" Hunt, 59, died Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at home surrounded by his family.
Born in Harrison, Arkansas, he lived in Richmond Hill for the past 25 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, worked with Averitt Express for 29 years, and was a member of Grubbs Springs Baptist Church in Harrison, AR. Pat enjoyed fishing, camping with the grandkids and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Mary Hunt, and a brother, C.H. Hunt.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Rebecca "Becky" Hunt; four children, Amy Nicole Hunt of Battle Ground, WA, Shane and Samantha Hunt of Savannah, Tiffany and Scott Hoofnagle of Happy Valley, OR, and Dustin Hunt of Richmond Hill; two sisters, Mary Jane Orth of Greenwood, MO, and Martha Jean Brisco of Ft. Townsend, OK; one brother, Jim Hunt of Branson, MO; six grandchildren, McKenna Stephens, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Bryon Hoofnagle, Ethan and Austin Hunt; and several other family members.
The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 9, 2016. A memorial service will follow at 1 PM in the chapel.
