Debbie Davis Lowry

Townsend Deborah “Debbie” Davis Lowry, 61, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2016, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah after a short illness. A native of Long County, Debbie was a registered nurse at Liberty Regional Hospital before retiring after 24 years of service. She is survived by her mother, Sue Nell Davis of Townsend, and her brother, Troy A. “Bubba” Davis, Jr., also of Townsend. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 11, 2016, at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel.  The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.  Burial will be in the Morgan Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, 3308 Shellman Bluff Road NE, Townsend, GA.  Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.  To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Debbie Davis Lowry, please visit our flower store.
