Joan Frances Towle passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church with Father Allan McDonald officiating.
