Juan Gutierrez

Juan Gutierrez, 79, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Savannah Hospice House surrounded by his family.

He was born in Lima, Peru and lived most of his life in New York and Connecticut and the past two years in Richmond Hill. He was a very hardworking man and liked building things. He enjoyed soccer, boxing and music. He loved animals, especially his dog, Krissy.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Maria Gutierrez Street and Chad Street; three grandsons, Sebastian, Leo and Vinson; one brother, Alex Gutierrez; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
