Latrelle Brown

Richmond Hill Latrelle H. Brown, 83, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017, at Ogeechee Area Hospice. She was a native of Douglas, GA and lived in Midway for the past 30 years. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and later Midway Baptist Church. She worked for J.C. Lewis Ford for several years. She was an avid gardener. Latrelle is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Rob Murphy of Statesboro; 2 step children and their spouses, Julian and Tommie Brown of Townsend and LaDean and Donald Brown of Ellabell; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Hill Crest Abbey East. In lieu of flowers remembrances can be made to the American Cancer Society.
