Lorenzo Hardy Rehberg III

Lorenzo Hardy Rehberg, III, 68, died Saturday, January 1, 2016, at Memorial Health University Medical Center after complications from a heart attack. He lived in Richmond Hill for the past 11 years.  He was a Vietnam Veteran, a retired First Sergeant from the United States Army, and a Logistics Management Specialist with the Department of the Army at Hunter Army Airfield.  He had a combined 52 years of Federal Government service. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Barbara Rehberg; children, Irene Bentley, Lorenzo Hardy Rehberg, IV, Joshua Greer and Adam Greer; six grandchildren and several other family members. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel in Richmond Hill, GA.  Funeral Service will begin at 11 am, Thursday, January 7, 2016, at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel.  Burial will be in Fort Mitchell National Cemetery with Full Military Honors on Friday, January 8, 2016, at 2:30 pm.  A visitation will be held 12-1 pm, Friday, January 8, 2016, at Vance Memorial Chapel, 3738 U.S. 431, Phenix City, Alabama.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Wounded Warrior Project, woundedwarriorproject.org, P.O.
