David Lee Bush

Colonels Island David L. Bush, 58, died Sunday, March 8, 2015, at home. He lived most of his life at Colonels Island and was an avid fisherman.  He was a member of Midway United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Bush; father, Sidney M. Bush, Jr.; and brother, Sidney M. Bush, III. Survivors include his mother, Margie Bush Eberhardt of Colonels Island; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Lamar Carter of Colonels Island; aunt and uncle, Ann and Gerald DeLoach of Hinesville; and several nephews and cousins. Visitation will be 12:30-1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Midway United Methodist Church.  Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the church.  Burial will be in Hillcrest Abbey East in Savannah. In lieu of flowers, the family requests remembrances be made to Midway United Methodist Church, 215 Martin Road, Midway, GA 31320.
