Wanda Clark Glosson, 77, died Thursday after a short illness. A native of Savannah, she grew up in Fleming. She lived in Wichita Falls, TX, for the past 53 years, where she attended the Church of Christ and was retired from English Pharmacy. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Dale Glosson of Wichita Falls; niece, Wade Futch (Danny) of Ludowici; nephews, Bryan Jones (Heather) of Fleming and Robert Jones, Jr., (Pamela) of Glennville; niece, Marsha Vaughn of Illinois; brother-in-law, Robert Jones, Sr., (Muriel) of Osseo, MI, and Midway; 10 great nieces and nephews; 14 great-great nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends across the country. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday, October 12, 2014, at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Funeral Service will be 11am Monday in the chapel at Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Jep Newberry officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church Cemetery. Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
