Nicholas M. "Nick" Graham

Nicholas M. “Nick” Graham, 59, died Thursday, April 17, 2014, at St. Joseph’s Hospital after a long illness.  He was a lifelong resident of Hinesville, a member of Hinesville First United Methodist Church, and a 1973 graduate of Bradwell Institute.  He played with many bands including, most notably, The Double Shot Band.  He was a loving father.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Carolyn Graham. He is survived by his two children, Nicole Marie Graham and Nicholas Wesley Graham, both of Hinesville; brother, Nelms Franklin Graham of Waynesboro; sister, Becky Graham McAuley of Cumming; mother of his children, Terri Graham of Hinesville; nephews, Allen Combs and Kiel Combs; nieces, Caroline Combs Hoffman and Emily Graham. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel and a Celebration of Life service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Dr. Rich Wright officiating.
