Hinesville Reppard Parker, 88, died peacefully after a long illness, May 28, 2013, at Hospice House Savannah. He was born January 12, 1925 in what is now Fort Stewart on the old Parker home site. A lifelong resident of Liberty County he retired from Union Camp, now International Paper, after 40 years of service. Reppard was a World War II Army Veteran and a 50 year member of Hinesville Masonic Lodge 271 F&AM, as well as the American Legion Post 168, and in his early years a member of Flemington Presbyterian Church. He was a kind and thoughtful man, a diligent worker, a sincere friend, a loving husband and father, who will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Reppard and Beulah Driggers Parker, sisters, Lilla Sauls, Ida Bradley, Alma Bashlor and Ruby Crowe. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lois Lorena S. Parker; one daughter, Nancy P. O’Neal (Seavy) of Savannah; two grandsons, Benjamin P. O’Neal of Savannah, Seavy H. O’Neal III (Amy) of Crawford, GA: two great grandchildren, Seavy IV and Dolan. Several nieces and a nephew, Darlene Carpenter (Craig) of Richmond Hill, Sue Newman (Baron) of Claxton, Rosemary Sauls and Homer Sauls of Colorado. Memorials: Liberty Humane Shelter, P.O.
