Richmond Hill Patricia S. Garrett, 80, went to be with her beloved Jesus on April 26, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Margret Scanlan. She is survived by her husband Lamar D. Garrett, Sr.; stepson Lamar D. Garrett, Jr.; sister Bernadette Ekstrom; brothers Kevin Scanlan and Lawrence Scanlan. Visitation will be 6:00- 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2013 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Blessed Sacrament Church with Father Jason P. Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Catholic Cemetery.
