Dathia M. Summerlin

Richmond Hill Dathia McLeroy Summerlin, 66, died Saturday, March 16, 2013 after an extended illness. She has been a resident of Bryan County for the past 20 years coming from Savannah. She worked at Memorial Hospital for 11 years in the x-ray department as an x-ray technician. Dathia is preceded in death by her parents William and Elsie McLeroy and a brother, Morgan C. McLeroy, Sr. She is survived by her husband David Neil Summerlin of Richmond Hill; two sisters, Diann McLeroy Colllins and her husband Richard of Jesup, GA and Lyn McLeroy Mizerany and her husband Eddie of North Port, AL; a brother, William McLeroy, Jr. and his wife Amber of Opelika, AL; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews all of whom she loved dearly. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church with the funeral to begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Burnt Church Cemetery.
